Servantage Dixie Sales, H.W. O’Neill join forces

Servantage Dixie Sales, Greensboro, N.C., acquired the Outdoor Division of Henry W. O’Neill & Associates on April 15. The O’Neill facility in Victor, N.Y., will operate as Servantage O’Neill Outdoor.


Servantage Dixie Sales is a distributor of a full range of products, parts and accessories from the top brand names in lawn and garden, power equipment and outdoor sporting goods. O’Neill Associates distributes lawn and garden equipment, parts and accessories, as well as industrial and commercial products to 14 northeastern states.


“The combination of Servantage Dixie Sales and O’Neill will allow us not only to capitalize on the rich legacy that O’Neill provides,” said Harold Reiter, CEO of Servantage Dixie Sales, “but also enables us to better develop the offerings provided by Servantage Dixie Sales, particularly in the northeastern USA region. O’Neill brings with it a number of new opportunities for industry expansion.”
