Stihl Southwest celebrates 50 years
Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2016, Stihl Southwest, Inc. is commemorating each of the five decades with its own special event to remember those parts of its journey.
The Malvern, Ark.-based Stihl distributor wants to show recognition for its network of strong and successful Stihl retailers throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and east Texas for helping it thrive during the past 50 years. Stihl Southwest also plans to reward, inspire, and honor those Stihl dealers for their support. Each of the events will be posted on the celebration website at www.50thSSW.com, which also shares the history, recollection and photographs throughout the years from Stihl Southwest, Inc.
To kick off the anniversary celebration, Stihl Southwest is giving away a $5,000 merchandising credit to one dealer in each of its six sales territories. Each winner will receive a custom review of its Stihl merchandising system and up to $5,000 toward a merchandising installation, upgrade or expansion.
