Toro receives Gold Level status from EDA for second straight year
The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) recently recognized Toro with the Gold Level Award, based on responses from the 2016 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. The annual survey focuses on 12 key categories of dealer operations and support, and compiles responses to provide a rating for participating equipment manufacturers. This is the second consecutive year in which Toro has received this award.
Toro’s ratings showed an increase in nearly every key category over the previous year, including overall satisfaction, parts availability, and warranty. The Gold Level status specifically denotes manufacturers that had dealer ratings falling within an exceptionally high statistical level in their respective manufacturer classifications.

EDA manages the survey process on an annual basis and asks equipment dealers to select and rate the manufacturers they represent in each of the 12 key categories using a 1-7 rating scale. The survey was distributed to 12,769 equipment dealers in February 2016 and included both members and non-members of EDA. Fifty-five total manufacturers were included in the survey across four different equipment classifications.
