EDA announces new board members

The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) announced the newly elected members of its 2016-17 board of directors, which will officially convene on Oct. 1, 2016. New board members elected to 3-year terms include:

Huber Farm Equipment has full parts and service departments, as well as a full-time sales team, making it the only full-service equipment dealership in the region. Principle lines include Kubota, Kuhn and Vermeer.

* Great Lakes: Daniel Scheuers is dealer principal and service manager for Waupun Equipment Co., a two-store dealership with locations in Waupun and Watertown, Wis. Waupun Equipment sells and services a variety of agricultural, construction and outdoor power equipment, including AGCO, New Holland, Bobcat, Bush Hog, Grasshopper and Kuhn. He has been with Waupun for more than 35 years, including the past 16 years in an ownership position.

He has worked for the family-owned business for more than 28 years.

“We’re fortunate to have this incoming group of industry leaders to help guide the association,” said Rick Lawhun, president & CEO of EDA. “We look forward to the new perspectives and initiatives this group will provide as we continue to expand our programs and better serve our dealer members.”

EDA would also like to thank its outgoing board members: Jim Backus of Grand Prairie Kubota (Canada), Mark Laethem of Farm Depot Ltd.
