City seeks public input about ATVs, UTVs being OK to ride on city streets: report

A city council is seeking public input to determine whether or not it should be legal for ATVs and side-by-sides to use any city street.

According to a report on SuperiorTelegram.com, a council member “introduced a resolution that would place an advisory referendum on the April 7 ballot to gauge public sentiment for allowing ATVs and UTVs to use any city street except those deemed exempt because of state and local laws or safety concerns.”
