SiteOne adds service work

SiteOne Landscape Supply will offer a new Equipment Service Desk for its customers who purchase equipment. SiteOne plans to provide help with technical questions, troubleshooting, repair or warranty ticket needs directly through local SiteOne branches.

Depending on location, a SiteOne repair partner will travel to the SiteOne branch to help the customer or will send a mobile unit out to the customer’s location if necessary.

“We’re proud to be a one-stop shop for landscaping and green industry professionals,” said Nick Schomer, director of category management for SiteOne. “We are committed to helping our professional customers grow and be successful. Our new Equipment Service Desk will be another SiteOne resource they can rely on.”

The new Equipment Service Desk is available for all types of equipment sold at SiteOne, including agronomic application equipment, pest management, hand-held equipment, snow and ice removal, hardscaping and other applications. The service desk will not work on equipment purchased elsewhere.
