Milwaukee releases new 4-gallon backpack sprayer

Milwaukee Tool introduces the M18 4-Gallon Backpack Sprayer with Switch Tank, designed to for professional landscape maintenance. The battery-powered M18 Backpack Sprayer offers adjustable pressure up to 140 PSI and a 24ft spray distance. It has a 5-mode flow rate knob to adjust the flow from 0.1 to 0.52 GPM.

The new sprayer allows for continuous spraying, and with the included M18 RedLithium XC3.0 Battery, users are provided with up to 20 tanks of spraying per charge on mode 3. 

Integrated with an interchangeable tank design, that features an isolated pump, hose and wand, users are provided with a practical solution to have a single powered base that works with multiple accessory tanks to address the concern of cross chemical contamination. The 4-Gallon Sprayer Tank Assembly features a dual diaphragm pump for longer pump life and Viton seals for increased durability against harsh chemicals. 

The 4-Gallon Backpack Sprayer’s backpack frame features padded straps, lumbar support, and a hip belt. The sprayer consists of two components: the M18 Powered Base, which houses the motor, battery compartment, and Redlink electronics, and the interchangeable Tank Assembly that includes the pump, hose, and wand. This isolated design allows users to easily switch between tank assemblies for different spraying applications, effectively eliminating cross-chemical contamination. 

The Powered Base is compatible with the 4-Gallon Water Supply Tank Assembly with Switch Tank, specifically designed for concrete cutting and coring. It’s fully compatible with the entire M18 line, now offering more than 275 solutions.  

The new sprayer, available in March, retails for $499 with battery, or $399 as a bare tool.
