Heritage Landscape Supply Group acquires Stateline Irrigation Supply

Heritage Landscape Supply Group has acquired Stateline Irrigation Supply, Inc., a wholesale distributor of irrigation, lighting and landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, Stateline was founded in 1988 by partners Bob Cashin, Mark Gallant and Bob Fragala. Stateline operates out of nine facilities across four states (MA, NH, CT, RI) and currently employs a team of 33 people. Stateline is run today by Fragala’s son, Rob, who will continue to lead the company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
