Pace Industries announces Doug Albert as CEO
Pace Industries, the producer of die cast and plastic components for OEM customers in the small engine market as well as transmissions and mower decks for lawn mowers and other products, has appointed Doug Albert as the company’s chief executive officer.
Albert brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the industrial sector, having served in a range of general management, commercial, manufacturing, financial and operational roles. From 2014 until the company’s sale in 2022, Albert was the president and CEO of Resco Products, a North American manufacturer of refractory products serving steel and industrial end markets. At Resco Products, he oversaw key strategic initiatives that drove growth and improvements in commercial, operating and financial performance.

Prior to Resco Products, Albert held leadership positions at Environmental Filtration Technologies and GE Fanuc Automation. Earlier in his career, he spent several years at global consulting firm Booz Allen where he supported a broad range of companies on manufacturing and supply chain management strategies.
