Yamabiko announces Echo merger with Golden Eagle Distributing
Following a meeting of its board of directors, Yamabiko Corp. announced on August 9 the merger of Echo Incorporated and Golden Eagle Distribution. “Golden Eagle will be merged as an extinguished company,” said the announcement.
“By incorporating Golden Eagle’s distributor functions into Echo through this merger, we aim to streamline sales operations and optimize personnel using DX while creating sales opportunities by quickly grasping user needs.”
Yamabiko said there is no allotment of stock, money, or other property due to the merger.
An Echo tools distributor for more than 25 years, Golden Eagle Distributing Corporation, expanded its Midwest distribution facility in 2018 to a 55,000-square-foot facility in Wauconda, Illinois. The new location was selected for its access to major highways and to Echo’s manufacturing operations and corporate headquarters in Lake Zurich.
