STIHL appoints Jason Mabb vice president of sales

STIHL has appointed Jason Mabb as vice president of sales.

In the role, Mabb will oversee development and execution of U.S. sales strategies, including demand planning, forecasting and coordination between sales and operations.

“Appointing Jason to this role is an exciting step forward for STIHL,” said Uwe Hirsch. “His deep experience within the organization and strong leadership track record position him well to lead our sales strategy and support our expanding dealer network.”

Mabb has worked for STIHL Inc. for nearly 20 years. He previously served as sales manager for Midwest STIHL for seven years and most recently spent six years as branch director at Northeast STIHL.

“I am honored to take on this new role with STIHL,” Mabb said. “I look forward to continuing to build strong partnerships with our dealers and working with our teams to advance our sales strategies and deliver value across the organization.”

According to the company, Mabb will be responsible for setting sales objectives and strategies, developing long-term sales plans and overseeing efforts related to customer service and dealer satisfaction. His responsibilities will also include demand forecasting, inventory management and coordination with production planning and procurement teams.

The company said the appointment is part of its ongoing leadership development efforts within its U.S. operations.
