Grasshopper’s 2009 MaxTorque diesel models

Grasshopper’s new MaxTorque diesel zero-turn mowers offer fuel efficiency, power and reliability. These clean-running mowers are available with 25- or 30-hp. engines that are Tier 4 compliant and B5 ready, with reserve torque for excellent performance in the toughest mowing conditions. The diesel engines are fuel efficient (700-gallon fuel savings over 1,000 hours of use) and versatile enough to replace 2-cycle-engine equipment, further decreasing fuel use and labor for increased productivity year-round. Mid- and front-mounted decks up to 72 inches provide superior airflow for even dispersal of clippings and easy conversion from side discharge to mulching or vacuum collection.
