Country Clipper awards top distributors

Kaye Corporation was named Country Clipper’s 2011 Distributor of the Year.

Tait Distributors received Country Clipper’s 2011 Outstanding Achievement award.Country Clipper, a division of Shivvers Manufacturing, recognized two of its top distributors during its annual distributor meeting Aug. 23 in West Des Moines, Iowa. The Corydon, Iowa-based zero-turn mower manufacturer presented its 2011 Distributor of the Year award to Kaye Corporation and its 2011 Outstanding Achievement award to Tait Distributors.

Founded in 1944, Kaye Corporation (North Mankato, Minn.), which represents Country Clipper in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and northern Illinois, was recognized for its exceptional work and results in the areas of sales improvement, dealer service and training, and customer support.

“Kaye Corporation has had outstanding results this year because they have worked to keep their relationships strong with their dealers and customers and have provided excellent service in every department,” said Dennis Ervin, director of sales and marketing for Country Clipper. “We are extremely pleased at their results this past year and look forward to their continued success and outstanding performance.”

Serving western Canada as an OPE distributor since 1979, Tait Distributors (Edmonton, Alberta) earned its honor for its outstanding achievement in the sales of Country Clipper zero-turn mowers in western Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.

“Tait Distributors has shown an outstanding performance in the marketing and sales of Country Clipper,” said Ervin. “They have done an excellent job of using new and different outlets to reach out to their customers. It’s always great to see an organization really step up to the challenges that the economy holds and not only hold their ground, but improve it.”
