Basic Software Systems announces the release of the Grasshopper Ordering Interface

Basic Software Systems, a Texarkana, Texas-based provider of business management systems, announced on Dec. 4 the release of an integrated ordering interface with The Grasshopper Company, a zero-turn mower manufacturer based in Moundridge, Kan.

This enhanced interface will provide Grasshopper dealers with the ability to export parts and parts orders for easy transmission to Grasshopper from Grasshopper’s QuikParts ordering software. In addition, the Basic Software System enables dealers to download Grasshopper Price Files automatically and directly into their inventory to keep pricing up-to-date as Grasshopper releases changes.

The new export feature enables fast, convenient and accurate transfers of purchase orders from Basic Software Systems to QuikParts, which improves a dealer’s bottom line by reducing the labor of double data entry and costly mistakes.

“It has been a pleasure to work with Grasshopper and their development team to make the Grasshopper Ordering Interface from Basic Software Systems one of our best efforts,” said Ed Archambo, CEO of Basic Software Systems. “Basic Software is committed to keeping our customers up to speed and up-to-date with the latest technology available to improve their business operations.”
