GNE acquires JRCO

Headquartered in Rogers, Minn., Great Northern Equipment Distributing Inc. (GNE) completed its asset purchase of Minneapolis-based JRCO, Inc. on June 1.

Since 1975, JRCO has been a well-respected name in the commercial mower attachment industry. Its attachments, which include aerators, dethatchers, leaf cleanup products, spreaders and sprayers, have been favorites among commercial customers.

Built commercial tough and consumer friendly, JRCO products will continue to be manufactured in the USA and marketed under the JRCO brand name, according to GNE.

GNE has been serving the outdoor power equipment industry for more than 30 years, and it has a corporate office in Rogers, Minn., and a branch office in Garland, Texas. GNE’s customers include dealers, rental stores, national accounts, OEMs and hardware co-ops. GNE is actively seeking new dealers to enhance JRCO’s existing dealer network.
