MTD Products leases R&D operations space in Arizona: report

Ohio-based MTD Products, Inc., has signed a 10-year lease on about 50,000-square-feet of space in a new industrial building in Chandler, Arizona, according to a report this month on RealEstateDaily-News.com.

The report says there will be about 120 employees to start at the R&D Operations facility, with plans for MTD employees to take occupancy by the end of this year. Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke has already rolled out the welcome mat for the “leading national company.”
