Seacoast Tree & Turf began operations in 2003 focusing on tree preservation and plant healthcare. In 2014 lawn care was added to the service offering. With its dedicated staff of arborists and lawn care professionals, Seacoast Tree & Turf provides premier tree and lawn care services including tree pruning, shrub and plant health care, fertilization, aeration, seeding and pest control.

“Ultimately, my decision to sell the business was centered around my retirement goals. Over the last 20 years, I had an unwavering commitment to build a premier brand within my community where my customers knew I was passionate about their tree and lawn care needs,” said Dan Mello, owner of Seacoast Tree & Turf. “In addition to achieving my retirement goals three years early, I felt comfortable that partnering with LawnPRO Partners meant my team of dedicated employees would have an opportunity to further their professional careers well into the future.”

“The addition of Seacoast Tree & Turf marks our third entry into the New Hampshire market, which brings more opportunities for our team members,” said Bill Viveen, CEO of LawnPRO Partners. “We are thrilled to welcome the Seacoast Tree & Turf team to the LawnPRO platform of brands and lend our collective strength to provide additional opportunities for the employees, while expanding the business into the New England region.

Pennsylvania expansion

LawnPRO also added to its Pennsylvania operations with the acquisition of Green Machine Lawn Care, a family owned and operated provider of lawn care, tree care, and pest control services that has served residential customers in Eastern Pennsylvania for over 40 years.

“Joining the LawnPRO Partners family of Companies marks an exciting step forward,” says Kevin Swinski and Karl Swinski co-presidents of Green Machine. “This partnership accelerates our growth goals and opens new opportunities for our employees and customers. By leveraging LawnPRO Partners’ extensive resources and corporate support, we can strengthen our local roots and preserve the legacy that defines us.”

“We enthusiastically welcome the Green Machine brand into the LawnPRO family of great companies. From the first interactions with Kevin and Karl, it was very clear that their values and philosophies aligned well with what the other LawnPRO brands stand for”, said Bill Viveen, LawnPRO CEO. “This was a strategic acquisition that added further density to a core market for us, and we are thrilled to welcome this team to the family.”
