Jonsered’s new lightweight chain saw
Jonsered’s new CS 2240S chain saw offers several features designed to make woodcutting easier and more productive. According to Jonsered, the chain saw’s high power-to-weight ratio and ergonomic design provide good handling with less fatigue. Although made for occasional users, the CS 2240S shares many design qualities with Jonsered’s professional models, including a narrow, streamlined body profile; a snap-lock top cover; and a forged 3-piece crankshaft. Other features include a tool-free chain tension adjustment, a spring-assisted starter, and a new stop switch that automatically returns to the start position for easier and more reliable starting.
