Rotary announces staff changes

Austin MartinRodney DeLoach has rejoined Rotary Corporation as vice president of international sales and Austin Martin has been promoted to purchasing agent, according to an announcement by Ed Nelson, Rotary’s president and CEO, on May 4.


DeLoach has more than 17 years of experience in the outdoor power equipment parts industry, including 14 years with Rotary. He will direct the company’s international sales division with oversight in sales strategy, implementation and customer support.


Martin, who has been involved with Rotary since 2005, will be assigned to purchasing and other areas, including sales and special company projects.


“We are delighted to have Rodney back at Rotary,” said Nelson. “His background and experience will prove to be a valuable asset in our international sales program.”


In commenting on Martin’s appointment, David Smith, Rotary’s director of purchasing, said, “Martin will bring creativity and innovation to our purchasing department and other areas. We have an average of 23 years experience per buyer, so he will complement an experienced and talented purchasing team with new ideas.”
