Briggs & Stratton declares dividend

At its regular quarterly meeting held Jan. 23, the Board of Directors of Briggs & Stratton Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents ($0.12) per share on the common stock of the Corporation.

The dividend is payable April 1, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business March 15, 2013.
