Little League hit by theft of UTV, zero-turn mower (video)

Months after the theft of a zero-turn mower from its grounds, the Little League baseball and softball fields in Shreveport, Louisiana, have been hit again, this time with a side-by-side being stolen, according to a report from KTAL/KMSS.

A report on BRProud.com reveals that the non-profit valued the UTV at $10,000. The story adds that the thieves backed up a vehicle to a pad-locked gate that allows entry into the complex. A chain attached to the vehicle was wrapped around the gate and the vehicle pulled open the gate. The gate and fencing will cost another $1,000 to repair, according to the report.

Neither the zero-turn mower, stolen in November, nor the side-by-side have been recovered.
