Elway Dealer Group Acquires Interstate Honda in Fort Collins, Colorado
The Elway Dealer Group, owned by former NFL quarterback John Elway, has purchased the assets of Interstate Honda, a Honda powersports and power equipment dealership in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is the Elway Dealer Group’s second powersports dealership.
The transaction closed on August 2, 2021, and the Elway Dealer Group took over operational control the same day, reports Powersports Listings Mergers & Acquisitions (PLMA), which assisted Elway’s company in purchase negotiations.
Interstate Honda joins John Elway’s house of six automotive dealership locations in Colorado and California. In June 2021, the company acquired Northern Colorado Powersports in Fort Collins, Colorado.
