John Deere and Company has made a “last, best and final offer” to the UAW negotiating team that includes modest modifications to the last tentative agreement presented for ratification on November 2nd, the UAW has announced.

The UAW has presented the company’s offer for ratification, and the agreement will receive a ratification vote by the local unions. Multiple sources report that the results of the vote will be reported on Wednesday, November 16.

The strike continues through the ratification vote.

UAW workers rejected the second contract proposal earlier this month.
