Daniel Group to implement ExperienceConnect customer-experience program for Ziegler Cat, Ring Power

The Daniel Group, which helps business-to-business companies improve customer experience, has announced the signing of two new clients:  Ziegler Cat, headquartered in Minneapolis, and Ring Power, based in St. Augustine, Florida. Both companies have retained The Daniel Group to provide a custom, end-to-end customer feedback program, the company reports.

ExperienceConnect is a secure, robust, cloud-based customer experience management system built by The Daniel Group. The platform provides clients with a real-time view of how customers view a company’s products and services. The feedback is gathered by phone and digital means.

Ziegler Cat, one of the largest Caterpillar dealers in North America, also offers lawn mowers (Simplicity, Ferris), compact and subcompact tractors (John Deere, Massey Ferguson), snow blowers and other equipment. The company has more than 2,100 employees in locations in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Missouri.

Ring Power, a Caterpillar dealer, oversees the operations of 18 branch locations throughout Florida, including large regional facilities in Tampa and Orlando. Ring Power also has facilities in the Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia and Texas.
