’24 Prowler Pro Ranch Edition UTV from Arctic Cat

Arctic Cat has introduced its ’24 Prowler Pro Ranch Edition UTV, reports our sister publication, Powersports Business.

The Prowler Pro Ranch Edition features a trail-tuned suspension system with 12.5 inches of ground clearance, as well as a 2,000-lb. towing capacity and 1,000-lb. bed capacity.

Other features include:

• 50-horsepower engine;
• 4,500-lb. WARN winch;
• Premium front and rear bumpers;
• Three- or six-passenger options;
• Standard 75-amp alternator; and
• Formed ROPS that provides easy installation of cab components.

Meanwhile, Arctic Cat’s sister company E-Z-Go (both companies are part of Textron) has introduced the Liberty LSV street-legal vehicle, and also has updated its Freedom RXV cart.

The Liberty LSV features a top speed of 25 mph and meets all National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) standards for an LSV; it can be operated on public roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less in most states, reports the company.

The Liberty LSV also offers:

• A compact wheelbase;
• The convenience and comfort of four forward-facing seats;
•  A backup camera;
• Operator protective structure;
• Pedestrian warning system;
• Seatbelts; and
• Optional state-of-the-art infotainment system.

The Liberty LSV is exclusively powered by Samsung SDI lithium batteries, which enable the Liberty LSV to provide consistent power and performance regardless of the vehicle’s level of charge, and also charge up to twice as fast as traditional batteries, notes E-Z-Go. The batteries require no maintenance and are backed by an 8-year battery warranty.

The company has given its Freedom RXV a fresh new design for the 2024 model year – it sports a stylish new front end with integrated LED headlights, and a modernized, ergonomic dash that offers drivers and passengers plenty of space for smartphones, cups, golfing gadgets and other personal items. The Freedom RXV is available in two- and four-passenger models; the latter features a new modular canopy equipped with a water-management system.

The Freedom RXV is available in an ELiTE model with Samsung SDI lithium battery technology, or with E-Z-Go’s EX1 gas powertrain.
