Same-store sales report, end of 2024

We publish these same-store sales reports monthly to show both a snapshot and a trendline of retail sales activity at OPE dealerships in North America. For year-end 2024, the U.S. as a whole saw a 1 % increase compared to 2023. Thinking of conversations we had with many sales leaders at the beginning of the year, a small gain YOY is a good thing, and on track with earlier predictions.

The chart below shows a volatile sales cycle, especially in the second half of the year. Below that, we present regional data charts.

We are currently assembling our first (and to-be annual) Market Data Book that will detail information like this, and several other factors that lead to these results. Look for that in early Spring 2025.
