TYM expands North American presence
Agricultural machinery manufacturer TYM announced its North American subsidiary, TYM North America, opened the TYM Cedartown Campus, a dedicated parts and service campus in Cedartown, Georgia.
Last year, TYM opened its Northeast Campus in Bloomsburg, Pa., offering product assembly, finished goods storage, service training, and parts sales. The new Georgia campus expands TYM’s customer touchpoints and strengthens its logistics and service infrastructure. The move is expected to enhance parts supply efficiency, after-sales service quality, and response speed, which the company says will increase TYM’s competitiveness in the North American market.
The TYM Cedartown Campus comprises a warehouse of approximately 5,000 square meters (about 53,000 sq. ft.) and office space of 800 square meters (nearly 9,000 sq. ft.). It integrates the previously separate parts warehouses in Rome and Parrish, Georgia, into this single, newly established hub, which will serve as a core logistics and service center for the region.
In particular, the campus is expected to dramatically improve the efficiency of the parts supply chain and the speed of after-sales service by working in close coordination with TYM’s North American production facility located nearby in Rome.
