Diamond Mowers introduces DM 360 boom mower for municipal use
Diamond Mowers has introduced the DM 360, a new boom mower designed for municipal roadside and right-of-way maintenance.
The DM 360 is a dedicated carrier machine that combines a rotating cab and boom with multiple attachment options, allowing operators to perform mowing and other maintenance tasks across a range of environments and seasons.

The machine’s rotating cab and boom provide 360-degree operating capability, a design intended to improve visibility and allow crews to work more safely along roadways. The configuration enables operators to maintain alignment with traffic flow rather than working against it, according to the company.
“This represents a major leap forward in how municipalities can think about roadside mowing,” said Wayne Baumberger, CEO of Diamond Mowers. “We built the DM 360 to solve real challenges our customers face every day — visibility, safety, uptime and versatility. This platform sets a new benchmark for what a dedicated carrier can deliver.”
Standard features include joystick steering, all-wheel steer and left-hand mowing capability. The DM 360 is offered with 25-foot and 30-foot boom options and uses excavator-style joystick controls intended to provide more intuitive operation.
An expanded version, the DM 360X, includes a universal skid-steer attachment plate and dedicated lower hydraulics. That configuration allows the machine to support additional applications such as snow blowing and street sweeping, enabling year-round use by municipal fleets.
The DM 360 is designed with stability and operator safety as core considerations. The engine is positioned low in the chassis to lower the center of gravity, and the machine includes a standard axle stabilizer. Panoramic roof glass and vertical sightlines are intended to reduce blind spots, particularly when operating near bridges and overpasses. A Level II falling object protective structure roof guard is also standard.
Diamond Mowers said sales, parts and service support for the DM 360 will be provided through its dealer network, offering municipalities a single source for equipment support.
