Osprey Landscape Group acquires Palm Gardens in Dallas-Fort Worth market

Osprey Landscape Group has acquired Palm Gardens Landscape, a commercial landscaping services provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The acquisition expands Osprey’s presence in Texas and adds to its existing platform, EarthWorks Inc., which operates in the state. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Palm Gardens provides landscape maintenance, irrigation and enhancement services to commercial properties, homeowners associations and institutional clients across North Texas. The company has established long-term customer relationships in the region, according to the announcement.

Osprey Landscape Group, a commercial landscaping platform backed by Southfield Capital, operates in Oregon, Washington and Texas. The company said the deal is part of its broader strategy to grow through acquisitions and expand its service capabilities.

EarthWorks Inc., headquartered in Texas, has provided landscape services since 1979 and serves commercial, municipal and institutional clients.

Southfield Capital is a private equity firm focused on lower middle-market companies in the business services sector.

Palm Gardens will continue operating in the Dallas-Fort Worth market following the acquisition.
