DR Power Equipment unveils XD20 for heavy-duty tilling applications
DR Power Equipment has introduced the XD20 rototiller, a commercial-grade unit designed for breaking up compacted soil and incorporating organic material.
The XD20 features dual rotating tines that move in opposite directions to improve soil penetration and mixing. The machine includes 14 steel bolo tines intended to handle sod and dense ground conditions.
The tiller is powered by a Honda GX270 OHV engine rated at 270cc and 14.1 foot-pounds of torque. The engine includes a dual-element air filtration system and carries a three-year residential and commercial warranty.
Additional design elements include handlebars that pivot up to 180 degrees for offset operation, allowing operators to walk alongside the tilling path. The unit is equipped with solid, puncture-resistant tires and a control layout designed to simplify speed and throttle adjustments.
The XD20 is intended for landscaping, property maintenance and other applications requiring consistent soil preparation in challenging conditions. Pricing and availability were not disclosed.
