Diamond Mowers announces dealer training events

Diamond Mowers has announced its annual Dealer Demo Days and Champion Training events, programs designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities for equipment dealers serving contractors, municipalities, forestry professionals and land management crews.

“A strong dealer network is built on more than inventory,” said Dacotah Buum, sales project manager at Diamond. “It comes from training, shared knowledge, and the ability to help customers make informed decisions when they are investing in equipment to meet ever increasing work demands.”

The company said Dealer Demo Days give dealers, contractors and equipment operators opportunities to see equipment in action, ask application-specific questions and learn about performance in land-clearing and vegetation management environments. Diamond also provides participating dealers with planning, training and marketing support.

Champion Trainings are two-day sessions held at the company’s Sioux Falls headquarters that combine classroom instruction with hands-on field training covering product applications, equipment operation and sales tools. Remaining 2026 sessions are scheduled for July 22-23, Aug. 26-27 and Sept. 16-17.

In addition to live events, Diamond said it supports dealers with technical resources, service guidance and digital tools, including its Diamond on Demand Dealer Portal.

“Whether they choose in-person events or access to online resources, dealers can count on Diamond’s support to get the job done,” Buum added. “When dealers are equipped to answer questions faster and advise customers with greater confidence, crews can stay focused on the work in front of them.”
