Excel Industries announces Australian BigDog distributor

Excel Industries, Inc. announced July 20 that APW Imports of Melbourne, Victoria, will serve as its Australian distributor for BigDog Mowers.

“Excel Industries looks forward to many years of a successful partnership with APW Imports and welcome them to the Excel family,” said Chad Lane, director of international business development for Excel Industries.

APW Imports has been an independent distributor for more than 15 years and represents more than 70 dealers. Allan Wilkinson, director of APW Imports, has been involved in the Australian power equipment industry for more than 35 years, representing many of the leading brands in the OPE industry.

“It is great to be partnered with an organization like Excel and represent the BigDog product,” said Wilkinson. “We are confident that the Australian public will be very impressed with the quality and value of the entire BigDog line.
