Briggs & Stratton declares dividend

At its regular quarterly meeting held Aug. 14, 2013, the Board of Directors of Briggs & Stratton Corporation declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents ($.12) per share on the common stock of the Corporation. The dividend is payable Oct. 1, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business Sept. 16, 2013.
