OTR International Acquires Hoosier Wheel

OTR International has acquired Hoosier Wheel, the manufacturer of standard and custom wheel assemblies for off-road applications, including lawn and garden, agriculture and material handling.

“The addition of Hoosier Wheel increases the company’s U.S. manufacturing footprint, while expanding our portfolio and reach in core markets served,” says Tom Rizzi, OTR’s CEO and president.

In business since 1967, Hoosier Wheel has production facilities in Evansville, Indiana (headquarters); Grayville, Illinois; and Tomah, Wisconsin. The company designs and produces pneumatic, semi-pneumatic, plastic, flat-free and solid wheels.
