Granum launches rebuilt Greenius training platform

Granum has launched a rebuilt version of Greenius, its employee training platform for landscaping and arboriculture businesses.

The updated platform includes native mobile apps and training content in English and Spanish. It also marks the first phase of an integration between Greenius and LMN, Granum’s business management platform for landscapers.

The new Greenius allows businesses to enroll new employees by QR code and begin training in less than five minutes. The platform includes more than 200 courses covering areas of landscaping in English and Spanish.

Businesses can provide new employees with standardized training, assign role-specific course playlists and maintain records of training completions, including who completed the training, the course and the date.

The platform is also designed to help businesses document employee training for insurance discussions, OSHA visits and customer disputes.

“We have spent years helping landscapers know their numbers, and that is still one of the surest paths to profitable growth,” said Mark Sedgley, CEO of Granum. “Watching the companies that grow well in this industry, we believe more and more that investing in your people is the other key lever. The operators who pull ahead tend to be building teams that consistently exceed client expectations. That is the work Greenius is built for.”

Jessie Shrieve of Coastal Shores said, “The new Greenius has helped us get to another level of quality both, individually and as a whole. It will have a big impact on the standards in the landscaping industry.”

The first phase of the LMN integration is expected later this fall and will provide customers with single sign-on access from LMN to Greenius. Granum said a deeper integration between the two platforms is in development.
