Assault Industries Acquired by SuperATV
Assault Industries, Inc., the California-based manufacturer of parts and accessories for UTVs and other offroad, has been acquired by SuperATV.
Headquartered in Madison, Indiana, SuperATV is a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket ATV and UTV parts and accessories. The company’s brands include Assassinator Tires, Gear Driven Performance (GDP), Rhino Axles and others; it provides aftermarket parts and accessories for Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, CFMoto, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Suzuki, Hisun, Can-Am, Bobcat, Kubota and John Deere brands.
In a statement issued on its social-media sites, Assault Industries’ director of marketing said: “We have been hard at work building Assault Industries up over the last nine years and take a great deal of pride in where we came from. Today we embark on a new journey that is both surreal and intensely exciting! We look forward to continuing to develop awesome products that drive the off-road enthusiast community with our new broadened reach as part of the Super ATV family.”
