Altoz releases TerraFlex track system

Altoz unveiled its new TerraFlex Track system for the TRX 766 i zero turn mower. Engineered for commercial-grade use, these tracks for heavy usage operators who frequently tackle large areas and challenging terrains.

The manufacturer said it designed the system’s tread pattern to prioritize traction, stability, and a smooth ride in the toughest environments such as ditch banks, retention ponds and solar fields. Made from all-natural 100% rubber, these tracks offer durability, flexibility, and improved performance in technical terrain, while also resisting punctures and tears.

Construction of the TerraFlex Track System includes steel cables encased in vulcanized rubber. This design is said to enhance durability and ensure the tracks remain impervious to hazards, sharp objects, and stretching, thus prolonging their lifespan and reducing downtime that can be common with pneumatic tires. Heavy-duty steel drive links and 3/4-in. hardened steel sprockets prevent sprocket slippage and facilitate a smooth rolling path for the undercarriage system.

The TRX 766 i mowers with TerraFlex Track System are arriving at Altoz dealers now. Altoz makes TerraFlex track and sprocket kits available for upgrading older models.

“We are proud to introduce the TerraFlex Track System, which represents a significant advancement in our track technology,” said Karl Bjorkman, V.P. of sales and revenue at Altoz. “Designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial operators in the roughest terrains, these tracks offer unmatched durability, traction, stability, performance, and reliability, allowing users to tackle even the most challenging terrain day in and day out.”
