Same-store sales report shows inconsistency

We publish these same-store sales reports to show both a snapshot and a trendline of retail sales activity at OPE and Tractor dealerships in North America. For April 2025, OPE dealers realized a gain of 2% compared to the same period last year. Tractor dealers in the U.S., meanwhile, struggled as a whole, with nationwide sales off 10% compared to last April. Canadian tractor dealers found a big boost on the strength of wholegood sales.  

OPE sales

For OPE dealers, service activity was down 9% in the West and 10% in Canada, with the other regions largely flat. 

Tractor sales

For U.S. tractor dealers, parts and service were a revenue bright spot and vehicle sales dragged them back.
