FNA Group announces acquisition of Allparts Equipment & Accessories Inc.

The FNA Group has acquired Allparts Equipment & Accessories Inc., a move the company says will bolster its parts and accessories portfolio and expand its distribution reach across North America.

The deal brings Allparts — a longtime supplier of OEM and aftermarket replacement parts for pressure washers, heaters, air compressors, generators, and other power equipment — into FNA’s growing network. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1988, Allparts has served more than 2 million customers and built its reputation on technical support and fast fulfillment. Its team of technicians offers troubleshooting and parts identification by phone, email or text.

The acquisition gives The FNA Group deeper inventory, broader parts coverage and faster delivery capabilities across its brands, which include Simpson, Delco, AAA Pumps and CRX Engines.

Allparts will continue operating from its current facilities as integration moves forward. FNA said the combined companies will share logistics and resources to improve availability, shipping times and technical support.
