Honda reorganizes Power Equipment, Marine and Powersports operations
American Honda has reorganized its Power Sports & Products (PS&P) business, bringing its Powersports, Power Equipment and Marine divisions under a unified structure to strengthen product strategy, sales capabilities and future development.
The restructuring follows a 2025-26 fiscal year in which the Powersports and Marine divisions exceeded their sales goals.
Under the new organization, each business division will manage its own sales, service and marketing functions, while Sales Operations will provide support across all three businesses. Honda said the change is intended to strengthen its North American operations and support growth across its product lines.
John Stevens has been promoted to vice president of PS&P Business & Sales. Jeremy McGuire will serve as director of Sales Operations. The three business divisions will be led by Bill Savino (Powersports), Barry Dlugasz (Power Equipment) and Josh Matthews (Marine).
Honda also named Jeremy Merzlak director of the Business Planning Division and consolidated its PS&P research and development operations into a single Development Division led by Hideki Hayashi and Camas Reed.
“Building on the momentum of a successful 2025-’26 fiscal year, this evolution of our Power Sports & Products center will help us strengthen collaboration, accelerate innovation and respond quickly to customer needs,” John Stevens said. “By bringing Marine back into the PS&P structure and strengthening our sales and development capabilities, we’re setting the foundation for sustained growth in North America, while remaining focused on enriching people’s lives through fun and convenience.”
