OPEESA Names New Board

The Outdoor Power Equipment and Engine Service Association (OPEESA) announced its 2008-09 board at its 7th annual meeting March 2-5 in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

Bev DeVriendt, Power Equipment Distributors, Richmond, Va., was named president. Rob Zucker, Outdoor Equipment Distributors, Raleigh, N.C., will serve as vice president, and Mark Vining, Roberts Supply, Winter Park, Fla., as secretary/treasurer. Glenn Beyerl, KPM Distributors, Kenvil,N.J., is now immediate past president.

Other board members will be as follows: Keith DeShetler, Florida Outdoor Equipment, Inc., Orlando, Fla.; Gary Bussell, Golden Eagle Distributing, Rocklin, Calif.; Robert Graham, Engine Warehouse, Houston, Texas; Todd Winstead, Tidewater Power Equipment, Virginia Beach, Va.; Pete Yunker, Power Equipment Systems, Salem, Ore.; and Virginia O’Neill, O’Neill Associates, Victor, N.Y. Jim Forrester, Encore Manufacturing, and Bob Byrne, Sheffield Financial, will be manufacturer/affiliate representatives.
