John Deere 1 Series Compact Utility Tractor

John Deere has introduced its model year 2027 1 Series compact utility tractors, citing updates aimed at year-round performance, operator comfort and expanded attachment compatibility.

The redesigned lineup includes the 1E 23, 1M 25 and 1R 25 models. The company said the tractors feature updated ergonomics, additional attachment readiness and a revised naming and numbering system aligned with its broader tractor portfolio.

“With the rollout of our model year 2027 compact utility tractors, we focused on what property owners told us they needed most, including greater comfort, easier operation and true year-round capability,” said Mark Davey, marketing manager, John Deere. “By offering a factory-installed HVAC cab and improved operator conveniences, we’re giving customers a smarter, more versatile machine that fits the ways they actually work.”

The 1M 25 and 1R 25 models can be equipped with a factory-installed HVAC cab. The two models also include a redesigned fender console intended to improve ergonomics, along with standard tilt steering and a digital fuel gauge.

For model year 2027, a factory-installed third-function hydraulic option is integrated with a single-point hydraulic connector to simplify loader removal. A mid-lift ready option supports mower decks. The company said the updates expand implement compatibility across tasks such as landscaping, property maintenance and snow removal.

All models now feature a one-piece hood that opens 77 degrees to improve access for service and maintenance. The 1M and 1R models include standard LED headlights, while the 1R also includes front LED work lights. Front and rear LED work lights are available as field-installed options across the 1 Series lineup.

The 1M and 1R models also include a standard smart connector designed to integrate with John Deere Equipment Mobile, providing access to machine data and maintenance alerts.

The updated tractors are part of John Deere’s compact utility tractor portfolio for property owners and small-scale operations.
